The Office was established in 1998 with only five staff members. The only services rendered by the Office at the time were limited to:
- Joint stock companies auditing.
- Tax consulting in corporate tax & payroll tax.
The Office has been developed and improved throughout its years of service; in terms of professional manpower in addition to professional business and services rendered to world companies and hotels.

1. General Tax Section:
   This section is presided by Mr. Mohamed Mostafa Ahmed (Partner), an auditor
   The Section also involves as a main manager Mr. Maher Aly Ahmed , a chartered accountant. In addition, the Section is served by three managers and ten auditors.
2. Auditing Section:
   This Section is presided by Mr. Shoukry Mostafa Ahmed, an auditor (Partner)
   The Section also involves as a main manager Mr. Osman El Mestkawy, a chartered accountant and Mr. Khaled Aly , auditing manager and four auditors.
3. Sales Tax Section:
    Presided by Mr. Yasser Mostafa , Section Manager, who is assisted by two auditors
4. Financial Analysis Section:
   This section is presided by Mr. Sayed Ahmed (Partner), assisted by two cost, financial and administrative system analysts.
5. Legal Affairs & Company Incorporation Section:
   This Section is presided by Professor. Ahmed Mostafa Ahmed (Partner), an appeal lawyer and professor of Finance and taxes (Faculty of Shariat, University of Al-Azhar). The Section has a manager.
6. Feasibility Studies Section:
   This Section is presided by Professor. Mohamed Hegazy, Secretary of Raas Sidr Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels (Partner). The Section involves a manager and an auditor.
7. Executive Secretary Section:
   This Section is presided by Ms. Noha Abo Khoziem Aly, a chartered accountant. In addition, the Section involves two executive secretaries.
